Reservation Policy:
1.100% payment in advance is requested to hold booking on confirmed basis.
2. Rooms are subject to availability.

Cancellation Penalty:
1. Bookings confirmed during New Year and Christmas period will neither be cancelled nor modified. No payment will be refundable during this period.
2. 30 days prior to check in 10% of invoice 100% of invoice in case of No Show.
3. If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charge.
4. If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges.
5. If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.
6. Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID ONLY, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.
7. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
