Personally managed by the Diggi family itself, the multi cuisine restaurant offers its guests an unparalled taste of rajasthani hospitality, one you will never forget. The restaurant at the palace is situated in "The Baradari Mahal" a pillared enclosure, serving a wide range of cuisine to suit every palate.
Most of the raw material used in preparing the food in the restaurant is organically produced by the family itself at their privately owned organic farms. A weekend visit to the farms can be arranged with a picnic hamper on request. A dairy maintained by the family in the premises itself produces milk and milk products. Most of the spices / pulses / grains are grown on their own land under strict supervision, thereby ensuring that the quality of the food in the restaurant is healthy and of the highest quality. All cooking is carried out in a spotlessly clean, glass fronted kitchen, which allows you to see your food being prepared.
